2. Description of Service

SwiftList is an AI-powered platform that helps e-commerce sellers generate product images, SEO-optimized listing copy, and publish products to online marketplaces. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze product images, generate studio-quality photos, create marketing copy, and format listings for platforms including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and others.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload images that you do not have the right to use.
Use the Service to create listings for prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit products.
Attempt to circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent product descriptions.
Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.

5. Marketplace Connections

  • By connecting a marketplace account (e.g., Shopify), you authorize SwiftList to access your product catalog and publish listings on your behalf.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that published listings comply with each marketplace’s policies and guidelines.
  • You can disconnect any marketplace at any time from your settings page.
  • SwiftList is not responsible for any actions taken by marketplaces on your listings, including removal, suspension, or policy violations.

6. AI-Generated Content

Quality

AI-generated images and copy are produced by third-party AI models. While we strive for accuracy and quality, outputs may occasionally contain errors or artifacts.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing to any marketplace.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your original uploaded images. AI-generated assets created from your uploads are licensed to you for commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SwiftList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from marketplace listing rejections, incorrect AI-generated content, or marketplace account actions.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. AI generation features depend on third-party providers and may experience delays or outages.

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
  • Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
